3/6 ME Lower Body
Box Squat with blue bands on a sorinex rack…
135,185,225,275,315,375, i missed 395.. I was alone and didn’t have a spot. I felt good and would’ve done more if I wasn’t solo. The blue bands were heavy as hell.

Woman’s Lax was coming in so I was screwed…
